Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Flowviant for using the Service.

Last updated September 29, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Flowviant (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

1. The Service

Flowviant is a place for software teams to run their projects. It organizes work into tasks, supports real-time collaboration, and connects you to your own AI coding CLI running on your project's machine. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to your email and linked OAuth accounts secure — those are what sign you in, since the Service uses no passwords.

3. Plans, billing, and trials

  • The Service offers a free Solo plan and a paid Team plan priced per collaborator across the projects you own. The owner is not charged. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Hosted machines, when offered, are billed by use from prepaid credits.
  • Billing hasn't started. Every plan is free until it does.
  • Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Your plan determines your usage limits, including Library storage.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.
  • Attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the Service or its security.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or abuse rate limits.
  • Upload malware or content you do not have the right to share.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you, including sending it to the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy when you invoke AI features. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it.

6. Integrations and coding agents

When you connect a coding agent or configure an integration such as Slack, you authorize the Service to act on those connections on your behalf. Your coding agent runs on your own machine, may read your repositories, pushes branches to them, and merges those branches to your base branch when you ship; you are responsible for any cost incurred under your own AI provider credentials. Third-party services are governed by their own terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, belongs to Flowviant. These Terms grant you no rights to our intellectual property except the right to use the Service as permitted here.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowviant will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Flowviant harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there.

13. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
